Returns

You have 30 days from the ship date. Tags must stay on, and the piece should be unworn — a try-on is fine, a dinner is not.

Start a return from hello@dividivi.store with your order number. We send a prepaid label for US addresses.

Refunds go back to the same card, usually within five business days of the piece landing in Brooklyn.

Gold and leather can be repaired instead of returned. Write us before you send anything — we would rather fix a hinge than take a ring back.
